Ministry directions in Jordan
SLAVIC EVANGELICAL CHURCH
There are thousands of Slavic people living in the Middle East. In addition to Sunday services in our Slavic Evangelical Church, we hold and develop various ministries such as:
- Home groups
- Church planting
- Community outreach in the city of Irbid
- Community outreach in the city of Mafraq
- Prayer groups
- Youth ministry
- Children's ministry
- Women's meetings
Turkey
Turkey, a Muslim country with a rich history of empires, cultures, and religions, has a Christian population of less than 0.2%. Our ministry primarily focuses on the Slavic community, using this connection to reach local populations.
We organize various meetings, Bible and prayer groups, and help those in need with food care packages, bringing the light of the Gospel to those around us.
Our efforts include church planting, social media ministry, home groups, Russian language lessons, a Women's Club, and online Bible studies.
Lebanon
Lebanon, with its diverse population of over 8 million, faces ongoing religious conflicts despite having a significant Christian presence. Many Christians in Lebanon are nominal, and inter-denominational tensions persist.
Key Projects:
- Personal Meetings: Providing practical support and sharing the Gospel through visits, food aid, and prayer.
- Slavic Bible Study Groups: Organizing home groups for Slavic individuals to study the Bible, fostering spiritual growth and community.
