Even the darkest night could become a beautiful day. Sorrow or despair could turn into a new life full of love, hope, and acceptance. We want to help, serve and bring the light of the Gospel into the lives of children and adults, which is able to heal hearts, renew minds and transform destinies and nations.

We are eagerly looking forward to transformations in Kenya and all African countries.

OUR PROJECTS

Ministry directions in KENYA
ISLAND OF HOPE Orphanage

Our ministry to orphans has grown into three separate homes: a boys’ shelter, a girls’ shelter, and the Bethel House for infants (ages 0–2).
Each of these houses is a safe place where children receive care, education, and spiritual support.

The boys’ home currently houses 44 children who study, grow, and strengthen their faith.
The girls’ home is home to 30 girls aged 6 to 18. They actively participate in school life, sports competitions, and church events.

Bethel House cares for the youngest — abandoned babies and infants. Six caregivers work here, along with a nurse who visits twice a week. Construction of Bethel House 2 — a new home for children aged 2–5 — has also been completed.

Our goal is to create a loving environment where every child can feel cared for, heal, learn, and discover God’s purpose for their life.

REHAB CENTER for Street Boys

We began this ministry in 2016 as outdoor Bible meetings with homeless boys in the city of Kakamega. Realizing that they needed not only spiritual but also practical help, in March 2019 we opened a rehabilitation shelter for boys. Here they receive care, education, counseling, spiritual support, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives.

Today, the shelter is home to 30 boys. The center has moved to a new, spacious facility equipped for learning, rest, and personal growth. Our team has expanded with new staff members, improving the quality of care and mentorship.

We continue to develop this ministry by introducing educational programs, mentorship, and small self-sustainability initiatives to help the boys gain confidence, faith, and a new direction in life.

HOPE Rescue Center

We founded Hope Rescue Center as a safe haven for girls who have survived sexual abuse. Here they receive care, education, psychological and spiritual support, and the opportunity to begin a new life in an atmosphere of love and acceptance.

Today, the shelter houses 26 girls, and 105 have been successfully reintegrated into society. The center also supports 60 girls who have returned to their families by covering school fees and providing educational materials.

Our goal is to give every girl a chance for a dignified future — one filled with healing, hope, and faith.

WIDOWS MINISTRY

Widows suffer from humiliating and dismissive treatment from the local community and live in desperate poverty. Moreover, they have nowhere to turn for help.
We strive not only to provide these women with essentials but also to give them the feeling that they are not alone — that God sees their pain and continues to care for them.

We currently support about 240 widows. Some receive food packages and basic necessities, while others are offered personal assistance, fellowship, prayer, and emotional support.

It is especially touching when children from orphanages come to serve these women — helping them, listening, and praying together. Through this, they learn compassion and love for those who have lost what is most precious to them.

MISSIONARY SCHOOL

The Missionary School in Kenya is a place where a generation of people is being raised — those ready to carry the light of God’s love into their communities.
Here, students don’t just study — they discover their calling, strengthen their faith, and gain practical skills for ministry.

In total, 282 students have already graduated.
Their achievements are remarkable: using the knowledge and support from Transforming Nations, the graduates are founding new churches to impact and transform the people of Africa.

We thank God for everyone who has dedicated their life to sharing the Gospel and transforming the lives of those around them.

CHURCH PLANTINTING MINISTRY

Church planting is the heart of our mission. We believe that through vibrant communities of faith, people can find hope, support, and new life in Jesus Christ.

Today, 95 churches are already active in Kenya. These churches are not just buildings — they are places where lives are transformed: where people receive spiritual encouragement, pray for one another, and grow in faith and service.

We continue to support pastors who have started their own congregations by providing spiritual, organizational, and material assistance. Every new church is another ray of light shining across Kenya with the love of God.

Egypt

Egypt is the most populous country in the Arab world, where evangelical Christians make up less than 1% of the population.
Despite this, the church in Cairo is growing, uniting people of different backgrounds in a shared faith.

We hold personal meetings, home groups, evangelistic events, and worship services to help people know Jesus and find spiritual support. This year, 13 new members joined the church, and five were baptized in water.

The youth ministry is developing as teenagers take the initiative to prepare and lead meetings themselves. The family ministry is also growing, helping couples overcome challenges and strengthen their faith. In addition, we are involved in charity projects for orphans and are preparing to open a women’s club — a space for encouragement and fellowship.

Despite many challenges and restrictions, God’s love continues to touch hearts in Cairo, awakening hope where it once seemed lost.

Morocco

In Muslim Morocco, being a Christian means living by faith — even when it’s dangerous. Despite the risks, people continue to gather secretly in homes, pray together, and seek God.

We support the pastor of an underground church who serves believers facing fear and misunderstanding every day. From a small home group, a new church has grown — a sign that God’s love is stronger than any restriction.

Through our English–Arabic online Bible school, people can safely study the Word of God and strengthen their faith.
Even where darkness seems to prevail, the light of the Gospel continues to shine — quietly, yet unquenchably.

NEW PROJECT

TN Island of Hope-Mukumu

On the territory of 3 acres of land, we are building a center that will provide shelter to:
○    Newborn babies
○     Children aged 2 to 5 years old
○     Girls aged 5 to 18 years old
○     Girls who were victims of sexual abuse
Once the facilities are built, this territory will be able to accommodate up to 100 children! Here, more  orhans and victims of sexual abuse will find shelter, care, and will hear the Gospel. It will also give us abilities to help the youngest infants and give abandoned children a safe place for rehabilitation, support, and transformation.

TESTIMONIALS

What others have to say
Tatyana Yuskiv, Parma, Ohio

“This ministry is amazing. I can see children's lives being changed. Their eyes are just lit up with joy. You could literally feel God's presence there. The children's prayers and worship every night are just filled with so much passion. You can feel the strength of the Holy Spirit in their home. I felt as if this orphanage was my home too. It was very difficult for me to leave. When a place feels like home, you know that that place is special. I cannot wait to return!”
